Time permitting we do our best to reply to all reasonable emails, and will sell and ship in-stock items mail-order under appropriate circumstances. However, we give first priority to our local customers especially those who've taken the time to physically be in our store. We do not sell or ship products outside of the United States.

It's best if you don't change the subject from what prompts and it's better if you don't include attachments. You're less likely to end up in the spam filter that way.
